For example for my Kodi HTPC the "ChannelUp" and "ChannelDown" buttons are greyed out. However looking in the MyHarmony desktop software for my "Media Center" activity I can see that on the Harmony Elite remote control for those same buttons the device command names are the same i.e. "ChannelUp" and "ChannelDown" so not sure why they don't just work?
